About Formco Plastics

In 1980, Formco Plastics was started in Rosemont, IL, the result of a joint venture between two highly successful plastics companies. With over 35 years experience in thermoforming and plastic fabrication at that time, Formco was created to service it's customers with the highest quality parts at the most cost effective price. Still true today at our current location in Bensenville, IL, just minutes from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, Formco has built a reputation of exceeding our customers expectations with regard to cost, quality and service.

Formco Plastics offers a wide variety of thermoforming services which include: Vacuum forming, Drape forming, Distortion forming, Heat or Line bending, 5 Axis CNC routing, Fabrication, Die Cutting, Assembly and Packaging. Our engineers are experts in materials and can recommend the ideal material type for your application.
